How we helped Phil by keeping the transaction moving

"We had found a place in Las Vegas that we decided to buy and about a month later we were going to be in Hawaii for 2 weeks for vacation. Paul came over and we talked about everything from depersonalizing the house to what we expected to get for it. The open house was about 2 days after we were in Hawaii and the very next day we had 2 offers. We ended up getting more than what I thought we would get for it and we were able to close almost simultaneously on both of our transactions because Paul really went to bat to get everything moving."
